Attention all 6th-8th-grade boys and girls! Join CTeen Jr., an exciting new program where Jewish teens connect, grow, and make a difference together.
Whether you are a member of a synagogue or not, you’ll enjoy meeting other Jewish teens from around the community while taking part in meaningful discussions, exciting trips, hands-on activities, leadership opportunities, and social events.
At Chabad NP, we view Bar and Bat Mitzvah not as the finish line, but as the beginning of a lifelong Jewish journey. CTeen Jr. was created to help teens explore what it means to become a Jewish adult in today’s world through engaging experiences, real conversations, and memorable friendships.
Highlights from past years include:
• Exploring Jewish San Francisco on the Mitzvah Cable Car
• Sukkah hopping in a limo
• Exciting trips and adventures around the Bay Area including paintball, Great America, biking across the Golden Gate Bridge, Topgolf, and more
• Connecting with seniors and hearing their stories
• Learning the art of kosher cooking through a MasterChef competition
• Technology and Judaism with our Jewglers at Google Headquarters
• Q&A sessions with Israeli soldiers
CTeen Jr. also features community service opportunities, holiday events, social programs, and thought-provoking discussions about Jewish life and the challenges teens face today.
The club meets monthly on Sundays from 5:00-7:00 PM.
