KravZone Women's Self-Defense Workshop
with Beth Sorenson
October 14th | 7:00–8:45 PM | $25
A hands-on self-defense workshop focused on practical safety skills, responding to common attacks, and building confidence.
No experience necessary. Limited to 20 participants.
KravZone's Self-Defense Workshops are engaging 90-minute sessions designed for small groups of up to 20 participants. Through hands-on training, participants learn practical personal safety skills, how to respond to common attacks, and how to escape dangerous situations quickly and effectively. Our goal isn't to turn participants into fighters—it's to give them practical skills, confidence, and a framework for staying safe. Many leave with a greater sense of empowerment, resilience, and an interest in continuing their self-defense training.

Journey of the Soul
What happens when we die? We know what happens to the
body—but what happens to the soul? Where does it go, and do
our loved ones continue to connect with us? Can we relate to an
afterlife even if we’re not spiritual?
Practical, powerful, and relatable, Journey of the Soul explores
the Jewish perspective on life, death, and what comes after. It’s
a journey we all take—and yours to explore this fall.
